Social platforms are great and can be a place where we find other like-minded individuals to connect with. We share our experiences and even showcase our expertise in different areas. However, it is also a place where bullies thrive.
Deciding to share our lives on the internet can result in allowing strangers to give unsolicited and often cruel comments. That is precisely what happened to the couple. Anonymity online makes cyberbullies even more ruthless; most wouldn’t say the things they do sitting at a keyboard.
