Some people aren’t content with doing things the usual way. This guy is ready to hit the water with diving fins, a snorkel in place, and a gas cylinder strapped to his back instead of a traditional scuba tank. He’s thinking outside the (water) box. Who needs the old-school gear when you can make your rules?
