That security camera isn’t there for decoration, and probably they’re not messing around with that YouTube warning either. It’s kind of wild to think about how public spaces have to get this detailed to keep things orderly. Some folks might think they’re simply going for a quick dip, but in Lithuania, there’s always an eye watching.
