The Sofa Bar

Her sitting on the sofa seemed to be a typical photograph. When Thomas looked up, he saw that it was a bar sofa and that the weather was pleasant. On closer inspection, he became enraged, which led to him crying. Iris had hoped for a more laid-back shot, but she had failed to do a simple edit.

Things were about to come to a head, and Thomas’s affection for her was waning. Iris’ wedding band was swapped out for a different ring. Having discovered that she was leading a second life, Thomas concluded that he needed to separate from her.
