Just Fun

Thomas met a woman at a club a few days before he was ready to give Iris his news. Because his employer was footing the bill, he extended an invitation to her for a drink. Due to his love for Iris, he was restrained in his conversation with the woman. Despite her pleas, he gently refused her invitation to join her in her room.

It was a regular Thursday for the two of them as they were talking like they always do. There were plans for the week, and Thomas was eager to tell his story. When he received a snapshot from Iris, it brought everything to a halt.
