After his first rejection by Simon Cowell on The X-factor, Liam Payne didn’t give up; he went back to the drawing board only to return two years later and get the golden egg-laying goose. Just like his bandmates, he went in for a solo audition and managed to get signed to a boy band that went on to win adoring fans all over the globe.
His $70 million net worth mostly came from his time with One Direction, but the rest can be attributed to his music deal with Capitol Records. Music aside, Liam is very actively involved with charities and philanthropic work, which probably dents his finances.
