Sean Connery is an icon in the Hollywood industry for he is the first actor who was cast to play James Bond on the big screen. His work as an actor can get stressful so he decided to invest in a “getaway” property that he goes to when he wants to relax and unwind.

The estate was located in Country Wicklow, Ireland and he owned it up until the late ’70s. When the house popped up on the market again, it’s listing price was said to be at $1.83 million. Connery is currently retired and his last acting gig was his voice role in Sir Billi.
