Jane Withers – $4.5M, Bel-Air

Jane Withers was only 3 years old when she started growing her acting portfolio. Starting early worked to her advantage because she was able to become financially independent at an early age. When she was 10, her parents bought a new house in Bel-Air for only $37K.

The estate comes with five bedrooms, a large backyard, a cabana, and a swimming pool. She has sold the place a long time ago but the most recent owners have decided to list the house with a $4.5 million price tag back in 2019. Wither has been fully retired since she did voice work for 2002’s  The Hunchback of Notre Dame II.
