Couple ‘Training’ Goals

Anyone who has exercised in their life knows that it is not easy to complete that last rep or final lap. For some, music gives them motivation, a few prefer to have strict coaches around, and the rest of us look towards our loved ones for encouragement.

When this guy needed his legs to be on the ground while lifting weights, he asked for his girlfriend to sit on his legs. Apart from being a practical solution to a common problem, it also innovatively includes both partners in the exercise routine.
