Tiny Iron Power
In the corner, we have this magnificent specimen of a toddler, weighing in at around 15 pounds and in the mood for some serious iron crunching. If he can lift that weight before him, we honestly think he could be lifting mountains for kicks when he’s a bit older!
Seriously though, weightlifting is good for the soul, and you are never too old or too young to kick it off. Yeah, regardless of if you are a tiny tot or your age is in three figures, nothing should stop you from heading to the gym and pumping some iron like you mean to break something!
