That looks absolutely excruciating. The woman in the GIF seems to be in great shape, but she miscalculated the bar’s height. She looks so confident and sure of herself when suddenly, all hell breaks loose. At least, you can see her laughing once she realizes what happened.
That ball that she’s holding is hefty, and it probably played a role in her mishap. Now, we wouldn’t want to know what would happen if a man was in her place. We would probably be able to hear him screaming through a GIF.
