You’ve probably heard the saying, “No Pain-No Gain.” Well, the person on this GIF seems to be gaining, without hurting a little bit. With a pink bathrobe, some chips, a glass of wine, and a cigarette, he looks ready to seize the day.

As if all these weren’t enough, he put on his favorite slippers and hair rollers before hitting the treadmill while sitting on a chair. We don’t know who this is, but we would love it if he taught us the subtle art of working out in this effortless way.
