Most guys that hit the gym do it to weightlift. Don’t get us wrong, bodybuilding can be great, but you really do need to care about your body’s symmetry so that all parts improve at the same level. Our pal here probably forgot about it, and despite having some massive arms, his legs are totally different.
Now, the thing is, he seems to be noticing it for the first time. His look says it all. Although many would claim that he’s staring at the papers on the floor, we believe it was a moment of awakening. From then on, he knew never to forget!
