Now, there’s a reason they told you that you should never skip leg day. When it comes to bodybuilding and building muscle, symmetry is essential. It’s also vital for your body’s functionality, as a big torso needs a stable lower body to keep it in balance.
This guy is an excellent reminder never to skip leg day. His legs seem tiny in front of his bloated biceps, and he even took a picture to show everyone. At least he feels confident with how he looks. Kudos to him for that! Still, he’ll have to start working out his legs too.
