Taking Personal Training To Another Level

Personal trainers are precisely what the term says: personal. They spend a lot of time with you, and they’re always there to help you take your game a step further. Sometimes, they come to your place, or you meet them at the gym. Yet, this is something we have never seen before.
The trainer is actually sitting on the man’s lap while he’s lifting weights. We don’t know if she’s helping him or showing him how to do the exercise, but this seems kind of awkward. Exercising sometimes includes a lot of physical contact, but that’s just too much physical contact right there.
