This Lawsuit In The Making

When a t-shirt or any piece of clothing has a watermark logo in a non-ironic way, the brand is probably in danger. We can see a near future in which a lawsuit settlement will have to be reached with the person who originally posted this photo on Shutterstock. 

Anyone who looks closer will be able to see the Shutterstock logo perfectly visible. Paying the amount required to purchase the photo would have probably been cheaper than being sued. Hopefully, this brand will learn its lesson before they launch their next design if they are still open for business.
