Chihuahua
They say the smaller the dog, the more aggressive it is. This might be true for the tiny canine Chihuahua, which first came to light in the mid-19th century. Its name is derived from the Mexican state where it was discovered. According to Britannica, this breed typically stands between five and eight inches.
It is believed that the Chihuahua is a descendant of the Techichi, a breed that had big ears and a plump body and was kept by the Toltecs. Then this was mixed with the hairless Xoloitzcuintli. Due to its tiny size, a Chihuahua is perfect for busy bodies and glamorous personalities such as Paris Hilton.
