Jack Russell Terrier

Judging by this picture, anyone can already tell that the Jack Russell is a big surprise in a small package. According to HillsPet, they only stand between 10 to 15 inches but they do love play time and wish to be with their masters always. Because their energy level is high, digging is expected of this cheerful dog.

They are also vocal and aren’t ideally suitable to be with other household pets such as hamsters or cats because of their hunting nature. However, with proper training when they are puppies, they can grow accustomed to other creatures. Its name was said to be inspired by English breeder Reverend John Russell.
