Ghostbusters

The 1984 supernatural comedy “Ghostbusters” reportedly had a lot of ad-libs, primarily from comedian Bill Murray. From this movie alone, we can tell how the funnyman has a knack for improvisation; interestingly, the production gave him the green light to do so.

“I feel so funky,” the line that Venkman uttered when he was slimed the first time was an ad-lib. In a 2012 interview, director Ivan Reitman’s son, Jason, praised Murray for his high-caliber performance. He also explained that the highly celebrated actor was allowed to mumble his thoughts while filming as long as he could send the message across.
