Cher

Cher is one of those musicians who started up small and gradually started rising in fame. She is best known for the era when she sang alongside her then-husband Sonny Bono. While Bono progressed into politics, his wife got much popularity in the media industry.

After a farewell tour that ended in 2005, she returned for performances again in 2010 and has been around ever since. The decades of fame did call for having tight security around her at all times, and Cher, therefore, has employed one or the other bodyguard at any given time. Although, her favorite person to have around herself, was the bodyguard Michael Francis.
