Confusing Those Around Him

When people do something strange for no apparent reason, those closest to them are always a little confused. Even Tominsky acknowledges this and experiences this exact kind of confusion when he told his family and close friends what he was doing. They were confused by his decision to eat chicken every day.

But eventually, they came around to it and threw their weight behind him, supporting him all the way. This helped him survive days he felt like giving up.
