George Stephanopoulos – Age 59

In a growing trend for TV show hosts, George Stephanopoulos announced that he tested positive for COVID-19 live on his show, Good Morning America. This was just two weeks after his wife, author, and comedian Ali Wentworth was self-isolating in her bedroom after testing positive for the virus.

Like in Tom Hanks’ case, Wentworth’s suffered more severe symptoms to Stephanopoulos, who himself was asymptomatic, having not felt a single symptom. Eight days after announcing his positive test, and because he was asymptomatic, he took another test, which came back positive for the COVID-19 antibodies. He has since donated his plasma for research.
