While most people are super fans of old-school love stories, modern-day romance has its own charm. Australian actress Teresa Palmer met the man she would marry, Mark Webber, rather unconventionally. Initially, she tagged the star director in an appreciation tweet for his film ‘The End of Love,’ and the series of messages did not stop ever since.

The duo eventually met in the early 2010s and could not wait any longer to say “I do” the very next year in Mexico. Although Teresa was swept off her feet by Webber’s charm, she laid an unusual testing ground for their bond by only exchanging letters for the first 40 days of the relationship. Well, we think the trick worked!
