The Golden Lifeguard

Newfoundland dogs make good lifeguards, while Golden Retrievers and Labradors are great swimmers. This breed was initially created to fetch waterfowl from lakes and seas. Hence, they are good at fetching as well as swimming.

This dog was mainly dressed in a captain’s hat and some fancy sunglasses. It was made to carry a boat’s Welcome Aboard’ sign which looks cute. Any dog lover would hop on the boat if the captain is cute like this dog. The owner has a great sense of humor and trained his pet well. The American Kennel Club website vouch for retrievers being eager to please and easy to train.
