According to The Law Place website, the most common type of boating accident is people falling overboard, with the leading cause being alcohol use. It looks like that’s exactly what happened in this situation. Sad to see that people who come to have a great time often see an accident or two of this sort.

Thankfully, the fallen man has a life vest and a few floating tubes to hold onto to reach back to the boat. The photographer got even luckier as this picture was clicked at the opportune moment capturing the funny, fearful expression on the falling man’s face.
