Taking inspiration from their travels, Joe Montana and his wife built their house in Calistoga with a French touch. They constructed the 9,700 square foot home in 2003, with three bedrooms and three and a half baths, enough for the retired footballer and his family to enjoy.

Joe’s home has a swimming pool and a standard gym, perfect for the sportsman to keep fit. Family friends and visitors can also stay in a two-bedroom guesthouse and take advantage of the stable and vineyard. Perhaps with relocating plans, Joe listed the property for $49 million in 2009 then lowered it to $28.9 million in 2019.
