Although Kobe Bryant isn’t living among us anymore, he is still the most remembered as one of the legendary basketball players to run the court. The late athlete was just not known for his gameplay but also his incredible sense of real estate. Kobe purchased a luxurious mansion on Newport Beach, California, for $4.78 million, and after sprucing up the place, he made a considerable profit selling it for something over $6 million.

His Mediterranean-style estate featured great amenities, including an 850 square foot gym and a hair salon. It also has an impressive wood-paneled home office with a customized shark tank, more likely used by Kobe for his businesses.
