Many people will get to see more of New York City lawyer Doug Emhoff after his wife, Kamala Harris, became the Vice President of the United States. With a net worth of $5 million, the second gentleman is also a faculty member at Georgetown University Law Center, who teaches environmental law disputes.

Emhoff, who has two kids from a previous relationship, met Harris on a blind date set up by a common friend. When his wife ran for vice president in 2020, he strengthened his online presence and even created his own hashtag, #DougHive, to refer to his fan club.
