Garth Brooks – $400 Million

Celebrated country artist Garth Brooks started his career in music in 1985 but didn’t become famous until 1989. With 148 million albums sold domestically, he is considered one of the best-selling album singers. The 59-year-old Tulsa, Oklahoma-born star, who has a $400-million fortune, announced his retirement in 2000, claiming he was done recording.

However, Brooks surprised his fans in 2007 when he went on tour, seemingly hinting that he was coming back to the scene. In 2014, he confirmed this when he released an album. Since, he has used his popularity and earnings to help those in need, including during the pandemic when he donated $1 million for relief operations.
