Vera Lynn – Recently Passed – $20 Million

She was born back in March 1917, with music running through her veins. Before Vera Lynn had even turned 10, she was already broadcasting her voice on the radio. As World War II broke down, her songs like We’ll Meet Again and There’ll Always Be An England, gave her the Forces Sweetheart nickname.

Vera passed away in June 2020 at the age of 103. By that time, she had earned herself a $20 million fortune. She spent most of her life in Ditchling, East Sussex, in a house that she had bought with her late husband, Harry Lewis. The house next door also belongs to her family.
