The lovely American singer Mary J. Blige continues to be one of R&B’s biggest talents, even at the respectable age of 50. With $20 million in the bank, she’s a hugely popular artist who’s sold over 80 million records worldwide and landed a whopping nine Grammys in the meantime.

So far, Blige is having a wonderful 2021: she was nominated for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and she landed the part of jazz singer/pianist Dinah Washington in the Aretha Franklin biopic film Respect.
