It’s been a year since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle stepped down as royals. They planned to find their own way in the world, and they finally made their first big independent move. While Harry did escape the royal clutches with a healthy net worth that has since grown to $60 million, they couldn’t live on it forever.

Great news came in September 2020, when the couple bagged a deal with Netflix to create content for the streaming giant. According to ITV, the multi-year contract is estimated to be worth close to $75 million. They are starting their own production company to fulfill their end of the deal.
