He’s the CEO of both Tesla Inc. and SpaceX, so we shouldn’t really be surprised at Elon Musk’s $179.2-billion net worth. He’s only 49 years old, yet already, he’s found a lot of success in the world of business. In 2020 he swore off owning physical possessions and went on a real estate selling spree.

According to Business Insider, the houses he listed came close to being valued at $100 million in total. After all, he owned houses like the $30-million mega-mansion in Bel Air seen in this picture and a $9.5-million house on the same street. He welcomed his seventh child into the world that year.
