Prince – $300 Million

He was one of the best-selling artists in the entire world, and by that, we mean that he sold over 100 million albums worldwide. Prince suffered a lethal overdose in 2016, and by that time, he had already earned a $300 million fortune with his songs and performances.

He got to live in houses like the one that recently entered the market in Los Angeles, with a $29.9-million asking price. His last album was released in 2015, called HITnRUN Phase One and Two. In 2020, some old footage of him was used in the making of Let’s Go Crazy: The Grammy Salute to Prince.
