American actor Ashton Kutcher, best known for his series of romantic comedy movies and being the main creator and host of the MTV television series Punk’d, also has a fraternal twin named Michael Kutcher. Michael had been diagnosed with cerebral palsy when he was three and underwent a heart transplant that saved his life at the age of thirteen.

He is now a spokesperson for the Cerebral Palsy Foundation, being an advocate for children with the same condition as his.
