Roman Abramovich – St. Bart’s, $92 Million

While Russian billionaire Roman Abromovich doesn’t own the entire Island of Saint Barthelemy, AKA St Barts, he did spend big on some prime real estate there. The Gouverneur Bay Estate is a 70-acre piece of land that slopes down to one of the island’s most prominent nude beaches.

It has four Bali-style bungalows and the main suite with bay views and a private tropical pool. The estate was previously owned by software tycoon Jeet Singh, who reportedly rented it to wealthy holidaymakers for between $100,000 to $150,000 a week. Abromovich though, just uses it for family holidays and million-dollar parties attended by Hollywood stars.
