Shah Rukh Khan – Palm Jumeirah, $2.8 Million
The World Island Project in Dubai has been featured twice on this list, (Pamela Anderson and Michael Schumacher). But there’s another man-made archipelago in Dubai, and this one is shaped like a palm tree. Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Kahn owns one of the islands in this archipelago known as Palm Jumeirah, gifted to him by a Dubai based property developer.
The island came complete with an 8,500-square-foot villa with six bedrooms, a private pool, a private beach, and a host of water sports facilities. Kahn left the interior design of the villa to his wife Gauri Kahn, who, besides being a film producer, is also an interior designer.
