Ricky Martin – Angra dos Reis archipelago, Brazil, $8 Million

Martin must’ve been following his own advice and lived “la vida loca” when he decided to purchase an island in the Angra dos Reis archipelago, off Rio de Janeiro’s coast. No one knows the name of the island, but it’s said that it took months for Martin to close the deal.

It’s also taken a while for the Shake Your Bon-Bon singer to release new material. Still, he is reportedly working on a new album called Movimiento, which will comprise of 12 songs inspired by the 2019 political protests in his homeland of Puerto Rico.
