Donna Karan – The Sanctuary, Approximately $55 Million
Rock star Keith Richards and actor Bruce Willis own holiday homes on Parrot Cay, but the first person to see the luxurious potential of the island was fashion mogul Donna Karan. The owner of the DKNY clothing label bought her property on the island in 2002, and it consisted of a three-bedroom main house and two four-bedroom guest villas.
The island also has a 61 room high-end beach resort and was previously known as Pirate Cay thanks to a local legend stating that well-known female pirate Anne Bonny camped there in the 1720s. Karan has listed seven of her 10-acre property for $39 million.
