Despite divorcing him in 2000, Diana Ross still considers businessman Arne Naess Jr the love of her life. This is most likely why she considers The French Polynesian island of Tiano in the Raiatea Atoll her second home. They owned the island that includes a Polynesian-style villa as well as a guesthouse and spent their honeymoon there after marrying in 1986.

Both decided to sell their stake in the island after getting divorced, and sadly Naess died in a mountain climbing accident in South Africa in 2004. Despite the divorce and Naess’s passing, Ross still keeps in contact with her ex-husbands three children from a previous marriage.
