They say life begins at 40, and actor Tyler Perry decided to start life by purchasing his own luxury Island. White Bay Cay is a Bahamian Island that Perry bought himself as a 40th birthday gift. It’s reportedly his second purchase of this kind.
The Madea series creator has significant plans for this piece of prime property. He commissioned work on a 14,000-square-foot Bali-style mansion that will also include a guest cottage, marina, and spa. Perry hasn’t done a Madea movie since 2015’s Madea’s Tough Love but is set to return to film in an upcoming thriller called Those Who Wish Me Dead.
