Simon Cowell – Lost 21 Lbs
The X Factor judge Simon Cowell has traded his previously unhealthy lifestyle for a vegan one that also includes work-outs. As a result, he has lost more than 21 pounds. He had become so committed to fitness that he keeps some gym equipment backstage whenever he is shooting.
Cowell decided to take care of his health after he was hospitalized for fainting due to low blood pressure. His doctors have advised him to ditch red meat, sugar, gluten, and dairy. He looks visibly fitter and more muscular now. These secrets were let out by Britain’s Got Talent co-judge Amanda Holden.
