Anne Hegerty – Lost 42 Lbs
Known as a Chaser on ITV’s The Chase and for participating in I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!, Anne Hegerty is a 62-year-old British quizzer and television personality. The latter show helped her gain her confidence (which was lost upon her Asperger’s syndrome diagnosis) by initiating her weight loss regimen as part of the show.
According to HeartCo, Hegerty lost a whopping 42 pounds in just three weeks by eating only rice and beans. She revealed on This Morning that the lack of salt in her food might have improved her weight loss process. Hegerty currently presents Britain’s Brightest Family too.
