People tend to fear aging, but BBC Radio 2 host Zoe Ball is doing the opposite. Now in her 50s, she feels more comfortable in her skin, and it’s not hard to see why. Although she says that she doesn’t care as much about her looks, the Strictly Come Dancing host is still stunning in her natural state.
Even better, Ball has focused her attention on keeping fit and took up cycling. In 2021, she promoted the #LadyGarden2021Challenge, which sought to raise funds and awareness about cancer by promoting a range of physical activities.
