Sarah Rafferty – $2.46 Million, Los Angeles

In 2019, Sarah Rafferty made two drastic decisions: she would depart the series Suits after eight years and sell her West Hollywood home. For more than 10 years, she had been staying in this modern property, which sold for $2.46 million, or $110K more than her asking price. 

The Spanish-designed, 1950s house with three-bedroom, two-bathroom had major updates, including the modern interior. The 1,691-sq ft property’s highlight is the spacious and contemporary backyard. Rafferty, who was last seen in the film Browse in 2020, has been giving life updates on Instagram from her new abode.
