The Blushing Elf
Who wouldn’t smile when you come across an adorable Christmas decoration like the one you see above? It’s a Christmas elf who supposedly lives in the North Pole with Santa Claus. Elves are the helpers of Santa, caring for reindeer and making toys in his workshop.
Louisa May Alcott introduced the first Christmas Elf in literature back in 1856. Their identifying factors are their pointy ears, red and green outfits, and pointy hats. Some may think they’re scary, but the one above is undoubtedly harmless. Look at his adorable blushing face and delightful ears!
