The situation reached a point where the dog was already barking, seemingly recognizing that Levi had no intention of stopping. It continued to whine and went back to pacing. It then barked louder, but not in an aggressive manner. Levi felt like it was telling him to hurry.

After Levi proceeded to increase his steps, the black pup bounded off. That’s when the cop stopped, stunned by what had just happened.
