The Moment He Saw It
Initially, Levi thought what he was looking at was a garbage bag. This reminds us of the Katy Perry song “Firework,” asking people if they ever feel like a plastic bag that’s drifting through the wind. Let’s go back to Levi, though, who suddenly saw the black patch pace up and down the streets. Because at that point, he realized it was a dog.
The police officer didn’t care about the pup at first because many New York pet owners let their dogs play outside anyway. But upon getting closer, he observed something that had him stepping on the gas.
