Abby was forced to deal with the emotional, and physical turmoil alone with her family as the rest of the world tried to outdo each other’s theories on what went wrong.

Abby’s wreck had caused a financial dent in the Sunderlands’ pockets as the rescue operation cost an arm and a leg. The numbers came in, and Abby couldn’t help but feel responsible for such a catastrophe. To make matters worse, her beloved boat wasn’t salvaged as it was deemed safe for other ships.
