Josh Groban – $35 Million

The multi-talented Josh Gorban has earned a reputation as a successful musician, actor, singer, songwriter, and record producer. Born in Los Angeles, it is not hard to imagine that Gorban already has a fortune, given that he has sold four platinum-rated solo albums. The Carnegie Mellon University alumni tried his hands at acting and appeared in many television series, including ‘Crazy, Stupid, Love,’ and ‘The Office.’

With nine studio albums that have been massive sellers, Gorban has invested significantly in real estate. In January 2020, he bought a house for $2.255 million in Los Feliz. Josh also owns a condo in Beverly Hills and a loft in New York City, bought for $4.4 million.
